Who Needs A Ticket
All Fans age 6-years-old and up need a ticket in order to attend New York Comic Con 2017. Kids 5-years-old and under can attend NYCC free of charge.
-All NYCC 2017 tickets must be ordered online. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone and tickets will not be sold at retailers or any events leading up to NYCC 2017.
-There is a limit of four (4) tickets per types. You cannot purchase more than sixteen (16) tickets total per order.
-Sunday Kids tickets are only valid on Sunday, October 8 for kids ages 6-12.
-Please note: Prices above do not include state taxes, local taxes or shipping cost. Taxes and shipping cost will be added to your ticket purchase during checkout.
-You will be charged full price if a replacement ticket is needed. Tickets will only be replaced if they are activated and activation of all NYCC 2017 tickets is required.
-Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a ticket. If your companion will be provided by a company, please email us at email@example.com so that we can help you make arrangements.
-Please note: Merchandise will ship separately.
Kids 6-12 must purchase a Sunday Kids ticket to attend NYCC on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Sunday Kids tickets are only valid for kids 6-12 while supplies last and purchase of an adult Sunday ticket is required. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite.
The kid must be aged 6-12 on the first day of New York Comic Con 2017 to qualify for a kids ticket. We highly recommend that you purchase your Sunday Kids ticket early as there is a chance that we will sell out of Sunday Kids tickets quickly after they go on sale. No more Sunday Kids Tickets will be release once they are all sold.
If a kid 6-12 would like to attend NYCC on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, the purchase of an adult single day ticket for them is required. Kids 13 and older will need to purchase adult tickets.
If you are purchasing your ticket(s) on or before 11:59 PM EDT on August 18, 2017 your ticket(s) will be mailed via USPS to the address you enter. If you order five (5) or more tickets, please note that Priority shipping will be automatically added to your order to ensure delivery. After July 17, we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. Please note that Tickets will not begin to mail until September 2017.
If you are purchasing your ticket(s) after August 18, 2017 at 11:59 PM EDT, please bring a printed copy of your email confirmation to the Will Call counters onsite at the Javits Center to pick up your NYCC ticket. (We can accept digital copies, but if the line is long, we will pull y our confirmation paper to get you out of line faster so you don’t have to wait for a counter. Trust us; you’ll want to have a printed copy on hand if this happens.)
International Orders will have the option to have tickets mailed or picked up onsite.
NYCC tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resellable and non-upgradeable.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep things fair, there is a limit of four (4) tickets per type. You cannot purchase more than sixteen (16) tickets total per order. If we determine that you are ordering under different names and multiple addresses, all of your orders will be cancelled immediately. Any and all scalpers that are identified will have their order(s) canceled and ticket(s) voided.
Tickets and/or badges (“Badges”) for the event (“Event”) are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the Badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the Badge without compensation. Each Badge must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each Badge is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPOP is not responsible for lost or stolen Badges. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Badge and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPOP.
